Everything was perfect - the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast, the fika and the dinner were fantastic. The room is spacious and clean with Rituals products in the bathroom :)
Very good location and cozy atmosphere.

Superior rooms are fine, clean. In my case, was fairly quiet too.
Nothing other that other guests mentioned.

Good room with acceptable size. The small desk is a plus. Good bathroom. Good breakfast. Good to be able to sit outside enjoying the breakfast in the garden - and a beer in the evening. I did not try the wifi.

Karlskrona was a wonderful surprise for us as we were just stopping over on our way to another destination. We had some extra time, so we visited the Maritime Museum which is excellent and a must-see experience.

I stayed in Karlskrona one night to help my son get started at his new school.
I will visit Karlskorna again and that time a bit longer.
It will be in the spring or in the summer when I imagine Karlskrona is more pleasant to visit.

Beautiful old city.
Beautiful old city. But the county (kommun) seems not to deeply understand what it means to have a city that is a UNESCO world heritage site. They insist on modern but ugly buildings and asphalt parking lots everywhere. A friend of mine describes it as "technocracy". Those who decide have in mind to facilitate their own work and lower costs, it is easier to maintain a paved parking lot than a garden or a path with flowers around it. It is more profitable to have parking lots than green areas and parks. A land is more profitable than caring for a rocky area. And this is done by taking over small community projects and even the municipal plan itself. A sadness. It will all end in a couple of pompous buildings and lots of parking lots and private buildings with balconies. A shame simply because the asphalt does not have to be cared for and the gardens do. State laziness. It is easier and cheaper to maintain asphalt than a garden.
...Its very windy, good and warm clothes! :)

Karlskrona is a small town, located by the sea.
Karlskrona is a small town, located by the sea. Wonderful views, beautiful nature and kind people.
Nice restaurants, especially Antonios, Mont Martre and Elsas lilla krog. Also good food at Arts thai but no alcoholic drinks there. Very nice food.
Go by boat to Nättraby, and visit a small medieval church at the last stop. Go to Aspö by ferry without any costs. Go swimming and visit "Kastellet".
The breakfast was excellent.
The night receptionist kindly made me a hot drink at 0300 because the coffee machine had just broken. It was so kind of her.
It felt so welcoming to be able to take coffee and tea throughout the day or night. Also the evening meal was simple but very tasty and there was always soup, salads and bread, as well.
The price was similar to other hotels but included tea, coffee and evening meal.
Top marks for nothing less than exquisite flat in the very centre of town! Clearly newly refurbished - super fresh throughout and comfy beds.
Easy self-check in/out after seamless correspondence with friendly host.
Would have liked to have stayed longer as both apartment and town have lots to offer
Appreciated blackout curtains and washing machine especially.
The Hotel Statt is a typical old style hotel. If you look around inside you will see that it is in a famous old building. We got a nice room looking out over the nearby church and square. The breakfast was great, as usual we found everything we wanted. Finally we got some great restaurant proposals from the person in the reception
The breakfast was good. The location was excellent, close to the city center and very close to the Karlskrona Marine Museum. There are many restaurants nearby or within a short walking distance. Beer is exceptional at the hotel restaurant, must try!
I stayed at 2 different rooms with one being super nice, and the other - old and rundown. With the main central hotel, I'd expect a gym to ba present. The best part about this place was breakfast - very diverse, high quality and nicest staff.
Very good, as always! I stayed multiple times here, and the place is always sparkles clean, beds comfy and wifi fast.
Location is fantastic. The rooms are small but has their own charm and you even have your own fridge.
Set in a beautiful rural location very peaceful, we stayed in the old schoolhouse, it was everything that I was looking for. Relaxing quiet and traditional. The hosts where very welcoming and the breakfast was excellent.
Really nice room with a very comfy bed. Nice sized private bathroom with shower. Shared kitchen available along with seating area. Not far from the centre of Karlskrona. Would recommend!
Location and closeness to the center with restaurants and stores.
Breakfast was great.
Information and directions before and under the stay was exemplary.
