Everything in the place is very clean, I like that shoes are left in the lobby. Staff is super kind and willing to help, they additionally provide very useful information about the city. Everything is thought out to detail and on its place. Now I think I need a similar room for me in my house. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall family atmosphere where you are supported and provided all what you need but never considered as only a client as in many other hotels. A dream hotel in a fantastic city. This is the perfect place to stay in Krakow. I was there last weekend and it's placed in the perfect spot. The hostess - Bożena - is excellent and recommended me some good places to visit, and to go out to. There was a very small issue with the drain in the shower, I sent her a message, and she sent someone to fix it right away. She was also available via sms all the time and was super nice and friendly. She even let me stay several hours after check-out time so that I didn't have to carry my luggage around while waiting for my flight which was in the night. The double bed is good to sleep on. Plenty of towels and everything very clean. There's a small kitchen with a fridge, a microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker, and everything you need to cook a meal. The toilet was great. Good pressure on the shower, hot water right away. I don't know what more to say. This is now my place when I visit Krakow!
